Appointment changes are handled directly through the studio.

All appointments are secured with a 50% non-refundable Appointment Retainer applied toward your total. The remaining balance is completed at the end of your treatment.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any reschedule or cancellation.

Appointment Retainers may be transferred once with proper notice in accordance with booking policies.

Appointments are released monthly and may book in advance, especially for evenings and weekends.

If the calendar appears full, the current booking window is reserved.

You’re welcome to join the waitlist for your desired service - I’ll personally reach out if a space becomes available.

Last-minute openings are occasionally shared via Instagram Stories (@lomebeautystudio).

Once your card is securely saved on file, you may text the studio directly to pre-book future rituals.

For first-time guests, sensitive skin/eyes, allergies, or anyone feeling unsure, a Patch Test is always recommended for peace of mind before your treatment.

Patch Tests are available by appointment 24–48 hours prior and may be booked directly online ✨
