The Lomé Standard:
All appointments are secured with a 50% Service Retainer, applied toward your total on the day of your treatment.
I kindly require 48 hours’ notice for any reschedule or cancellation. Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferred once with proper notice.

If the calendar appears full, the current booking window is reserved.You’re welcome to join the waitlist for your desired service - I’ll personally reach out if a space becomes available.
Last-minute openings are occasionally shared via Instagram Stories (@lomebeautystudio).
