Pre - Care + After Care

Lash & Brow

Lomé Beauty Studios' treatments are low-maintenance, but require extra care during the first 24-72 hours.

Adhering to our pre-care and aftercare guidelines ensures optimal results and prepares you for your appointments. These tips help maintain your treatment's health and appearance until your next visit.

*Please follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions for Combo Lift treatments.

Pre - Care Steps

IMPORTANT:

  • Submit all mandatory consent forms online at least 24 hours before your appointment.

  • If you've had a facial treatment elsewhere, wait 5 days before booking a Lash and Brow Lift with us.

  • For eye or brow surgery (e.g., LASIK, blepharoplasty), wait 6-12 months before scheduling a Lash and Brow Lift.

    For Lash Lifts: Remove lash extensions and wait 1 week before your treatment.

    For Brow Laminations (Brow Lifts): Wait 6 weeks after microblading before booking your Brow Lift.

    • Stop using skincare products with retinoids, AHAs, or acne medication.

    • Avoid oil-based products, including creams, serums, and makeup removers.

    • Skip exfoliating 2 days prior.

    • Wash your hair in advance; wait 48 hours after Lash Lifts & Combo Lifts, and 24 hours after Brow Laminations to wash again.

      For Brow Laminations: Stop tweezing, threading or waxing. The more grown out your brows are the better! Shaping is included in treatment.

      For Lash Lifts: Stop using waterproof mascara and lash curlers.

    • Remove contact lenses before your appointment.

    • Set your phone to silent.

    • Arrive with a fresh face: no eye or brow makeup.


      For Brow Lifts: Stop using brow makeup (pencils, gels, etc.).

    • Wear comfortable clothes.

    • Bring ear pods if you’d like to listen to music or a podcast.

After Care Steps

IMPORTANT:

  • Avoid wetting your eyes and brows for 48 hours after Lash Lifts and 24 hours after Brow Laminations.

  • Pause skincare and makeup in these areas during the waiting period.

For Lash Lifts Only

    • Keep lashes dry and avoid side-sleeping on your lashes. Be gentle with your fresh lashes while they set into their new shape.

    • Avoid baths, hair washing, hot yoga, heavy exercise, swimming, saunas and steam rooms.

    • Avoid sun exposure and excessive heat.

    • Refrain from using eye makeup, mascara, lash curlers, and lash products.

    • Avoid using exfoliants, eye creams, retinols, alcohol/oil-based cleansers, oil-based face wipes, scrubs, abrasive products, ​self-tanners, makeup and makeup removers on lashes.​

    • Apply Lomé Beauty Studio aftercare serum daily to condition lashes.

    • Gently cleanse and pat dry your eyes.

For Brow Laminations Only

    • Keep brows dry and avoid touching them. Be gentle with your fresh brows while they set into their new shape.

    • Sleep on your back to prevent smushing your brows.

    • Avoid baths, hair washing, hot yoga, heavy exercise, swimming, saunas and steam rooms.

    • Avoid sun exposure and excessive heat.

    • Refrain from using exfoliants, creams, retinols, alcohol/oil-based cleansers, oil-based face wipes, scrubs, abrasive products, ​makeup and makeup removers on brows.​

    • Do not apply any brow products.

    • Apply Lomé Beauty Studio aftercare serum daily to condition brows.

    • Gently cleanse your face and pat dry.

Daily until your next appointment

  • Brush lashes and brows with a spoolie to keep them separated and in place.

  • Apply Lomé Beauty Studio aftercare serum daily.

  • Use a water-based mascara for lashes

  • Consider a Brow Refresh after 3 weeks.

Follow-Up

  • Lash Lifts: Every 6-8 weeks.

  • Brow Laminations: Every 4-6 weeks.

  • Classic Combo Lifts: Every 6-8 weeks.

  • LUXE Combo Lifts: Every 6-10 weeks.

  • Pre-book your next appointment to maintain results.

    Note: Avoid plucking or trimming new hair growth for best results. Tinting lasts 5-7 days on skin and up to 4 weeks on hair.
