  • Validity:
    All packages are valid for up to 12 months from the date of purchase.

    • Grace Period Refund Policy:

      • If you request a refund within 7 days of purchasing a package and it is wholly unused, you are eligible for a full refund.

      • If the package is partially used within the 7-day grace period, a partial refund will be issued after deducting the regular à la carte price of any service(s) already used.

      • After the 7-day grace period, all package sales are final and non-refundable.

      • Refunds will be issued within 30 days of an approved request.

Gift Cards / Certificates

  • Currently, we only offer digital gift certificates. These certificates are treated like cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

    Please note, all gift certificates are non-refundable and expire 12 months from the date of purchase, regardless of the expiration date listed.

    *Black Friday gift certificates are valid 6 months from the date of purchase.

    • All gift certificates are non-refundable.

    • Gift certificates expire 6 months from the date of purchase (or in accordance with New York State minimum expiration laws).

    • Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged, or used for discounts, coupons, or new client specials.

    • Gift certificates can only be redeemed at Lomé Beauty Studio.

    • Occasionally, gift certificates are offered at a special promotional price. If purchased during a promotion, the special price will always be honored.

    • Products purchased with a gift certificate are non-refundable.

    • If a gift certificate is used to hold an appointment and the appointment is missed or not rescheduled within 24 hours, the gift certificate will be forfeited. Please see our Cancellation Policy for details.

    • Expired gift certificates cannot be refunded or redeemed.

    • All gift certificates are governed by New York State Department of State consumer protection laws.
