The Lomé Commitment

At Lomé Beauty Studio, I keep my schedule intentionally curated to ensure every guest receives a dedicated, unhurried, and deeply restorative experience. To protect the integrity of the studio’s time and the quality of your care, I have established the following reservation policies.

Appointment Retainers

A non-refundable 50% Appointment Retainer is required to reserve your appointment. This is not an additional fee and will be applied toward your total on the day of your treatment.

For returning guests who pre-book future appointments with a card securely on file, the retainer may not be collected in advance; however, all booking policies and cancellation fees still apply.

Rescheduling & The 48-Hour Window

Appointments are reserved exclusively for each guest due to limited availability. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling request.

To request a cancellation or reschedule, please reply directly to your confirmation text. Appointment changes are handled directly through the studio.

Booking policies apply to all cancellations and rescheduling requests, including illness and unforeseen circumstances.

  • One-Time Retainer Transfer: One-Time Retainer Transfer: If notice is provided at least 48 hours before your appointment, your Appointment Retainer may be transferred one time toward a future booking. Any additional appointment changes will require a new booking with a new 50% Appointment Retainer.

  • Late Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the Appointment Retainer to compensate for the reserved treatment time.

    For pre-booked guests with a card securely on file, the equivalent 50% cancellation fee will be processed manually.

  • No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice will result in the forfeiture of the Appointment Retainer.

    For pre-booked guests with a card securely on file, the equivalent 50% cancellation fee will be processed manually.

Late Arrivals

To protect the experience and timing of all guests, a 15-minute grace period is offered.

Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may no longer be accommodated, may require modifications to the treatment, or may need to be rescheduled and treated as a late cancellation.

Service & Retail

  • Retail Products: Due to hygiene and product integrity standards, all retail sales are final.

  • Service Results & Refinements: All treatment services and completed payments are final sale.

    Results may vary based on individual factors including natural lash/brow characteristics, skin type, lifestyle, home care, previous treatments, aftercare adherence, medications, and natural hair growth cycles.

    If you have any concerns regarding your results, please reach out within 72 hours of your appointment so I can best support you. Concerns reported beyond this timeframe may no longer be eligible for adjustments or refinements.

    Adjustments and refinements are handled at the studio’s discretion.

By reserving an appointment, you agree to these studio policies, allowing me to maintain the highest level of service for you and every guest at Lomé.

To help you manage your schedule, you will receive a confirmation email at the time of booking, followed by a text and email reminder 3 days (72 hours) before our scheduled time.
