The Lomé Commitment
To ensure every guest receives a calm, unhurried experience, all online appointments require a 50% Non-Refundable Booking Fee to reserve your dedicated studio time. This Booking Fee is applied toward your treatment total on the day of your completed appointment.
Because each appointment reserves a dedicated block of one-on-one studio time, treatment timing and studio preparation are planned specifically around the services selected for your visit. With limited availability, appointments cancelled or changed on short notice are often difficult to refill and may prevent that time from being offered to another guest.
These policies help protect the intentional time and preparation reserved for each appointment while allowing the studio to continue providing every guest with a calm, unhurried experience.

Booking Policies at a Glance
✧ 50% Non-Refundable Booking Fee: Required for all online appointments and applied toward your treatment total on the day of your completed appointment.
✧ Cancellations do not receive a refund or credit: The Booking Fee remains non-refundable regardless of when or why an online appointment is cancelled. Cancelling does not transfer, preserve, or hold the Booking Fee as credit toward a future appointment.
✧ One reschedule per booking: With at least 48 hours’ notice, an appointment may be rescheduled one time and the existing Booking Fee will transfer once to the new appointment date.
✧ No second reschedule: Once an appointment has already been rescheduled one time, it may not be rescheduled again. If you cannot attend the rescheduled appointment, the appointment must be cancelled and any future appointment requires a new booking with a new 50% Non-Refundable Booking Fee.
✧ Changes within 48 hours: Cancellations, reschedules, missed appointments, or appointments otherwise unable to proceed within 48 hours result in forfeiture of the existing Booking Fee.
✧ Pre-booked appointments follow the same policies: The one-reschedule limit and 48-hour policy apply. When no Booking Fee was collected, a 50% Cancellation Fee applies to cancellations, reschedules, missed appointments, or appointments otherwise unable to proceed within 48 hours.
✧ 15-minute grace period: Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may not be accommodated. If the appointment cannot proceed, the applicable 50% Booking Fee forfeiture or 50% Cancellation Fee will apply.
✧ Illness does not waive the policy: Please do not attend while unwell. Changes or appointments unable to proceed within 48 hours due to illness remain subject to the applicable 50% fee.
✧ Treatment safety matters: Contraindications or other safety concerns may prevent a treatment from proceeding. The outcome depends on when the studio is notified, as detailed in the full policy below.
✧ All services are non-refundable: Please contact the studio within 72 hours with any concerns regarding your lash or brow results.

A 50% Non-Refundable Booking Fee (50% of your treatment total) is required to reserve all online appointments. This Booking Fee is not an additional charge and is applied toward your service total on the day of your completed appointment.
The Booking Fee reserves your dedicated appointment time and is non-refundable regardless of when or why an appointment is cancelled, including cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice.
If an online appointment is cancelled, the Booking Fee is not refunded, transferred, preserved, or held as credit toward a future appointment. Any future appointment must be booked separately with a new 50% Non-Refundable Booking Fee.
The only permitted transfer of an existing Booking Fee is through the one-time reschedule allowance described below. With at least 48 hours’ notice, the existing Booking Fee may transfer one time to the newly selected appointment date.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled through the links provided in your confirmation communications, subject to the terms of these Booking Policies.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment without forfeiting the existing Booking Fee or, for a pre-booked appointment, incurring the applicable Cancellation Fee.
Any appointment cancelled, rescheduled, missed, or otherwise unable to proceed within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the existing 50% Non-Refundable Booking Fee.
Please note that the 48-hour window does not make a Booking Fee refundable. Cancelling an online appointment with more than 48 hours’ notice still results in cancellation of the booking without a refund, transfer, or future credit of the Booking Fee.
Appointments scheduled while visiting the studio follow these same Booking Policies. While no Booking Fee may be collected at the time of scheduling, your secure card on file reserves your appointment.
Any pre-booked appointment cancelled, rescheduled, missed, or otherwise unable to proceed within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% Cancellation Fee, charged to the card on file.

All appointments, including online bookings and appointments pre-booked while visiting the studio, are limited to one reschedule per booking.
With at least 48 hours’ notice, an appointment may be rescheduled one time. For online bookings, the existing Booking Fee will transfer once to the newly selected appointment date. For pre-booked appointments where no Booking Fee was collected, the appointment may likewise be rescheduled one time with the required notice.
Once an appointment has already been rescheduled one time, it may not be rescheduled again.
If you are unable to attend the rescheduled appointment, the existing appointment must be cancelled. For online bookings, the existing Booking Fee remains non-refundable and cannot be transferred again, preserved, or held as future credit. Any future appointment requires a completely new booking with a new 50% Non-Refundable Booking Fee.
For pre-booked appointments, any future appointment following use of the one permitted reschedule must be scheduled as a new booking. If the existing rescheduled appointment is cancelled within 48 hours, the applicable 50% Cancellation Fee will apply.
Any first reschedule made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment is subject to the 48-Hour Cancellation Policy. For online bookings, the existing Booking Fee will be forfeited and will not transfer to the new date. For pre-booked appointments, the applicable 50% Cancellation Fee will apply.

Appointments are reserved specifically around the treatment(s) selected at the time of booking. Treatment timing and studio preparation are planned accordingly.
Service additions, removals, or substitutions are not guaranteed and may only be accommodated at the studio’s discretion when appointment timing, treatment suitability, and availability allow.
If you choose not to receive part or all of your scheduled services upon arrival, the originally reserved service total will still apply.
When the studio determines that a booked treatment should not proceed due to a safety concern, contraindication, or professional judgment, the Treatment Suitability & Contraindications policy below will apply.

For your safety, certain health conditions, eye or skin concerns, sensitivities, reactions, recent procedures, medications, or other contraindications may prevent a treatment from being safely or appropriately performed.
Guests are responsible for reviewing all service information and contraindications, following required preparation instructions, and notifying the studio of any relevant changes or concerns before their appointment whenever possible.
If the studio is notified more than 48 hours before the appointment:
The standard cancellation and rescheduling terms apply. For an online booking, cancelling the appointment does not make the Booking Fee refundable or convert it into future credit. If the appointment has not previously been rescheduled, the guest may use the one-time reschedule allowance and transfer the existing Booking Fee once to a new appointment date, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given and a future treatment remains appropriate.If the contraindication or safety concern is identified within 48 hours of the appointment or upon arrival:
If the booked treatment cannot safely or appropriately proceed, the appointment will be subject to the 48-Hour Cancellation Policy. For online bookings, the applicable 50% Non-Refundable Booking Fee will be forfeited. For pre-booked appointments, the applicable 50% Cancellation Fee will apply.The studio reserves the right to decline, modify, or discontinue any treatment when proceeding may be unsafe, unsuitable, or contrary to professional judgment. Any alternative service or accommodation is subject to treatment suitability, available appointment time, and the studio’s discretion and is not guaranteed.

Out of respect for your health and studio safety, please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell.
Please note that illness does not exempt an appointment from these Booking Policies, and the Booking Fee remains non-refundable.

Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the studio’s sole discretion. Any accommodation offered is a courtesy, is not guaranteed, and does not constitute a waiver of these Booking Policies.

To protect the timing and experience of every guest, a 15-minute grace period is provided.
Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be accommodated, as proceeding may compromise your treatment or impact the experience of the next scheduled guest.
When appropriate, the studio may determine whether a modified treatment can safely and reasonably be accommodated within the remaining appointment time. Service modifications are not guaranteed.
If your appointment cannot proceed due to a late arrival, it will be treated under the 48-Hour Cancellation Policy. For online bookings, the existing 50% Non-Refundable Booking Fee will be forfeited. For pre-booked appointments, the applicable 50% Cancellation Fee will apply.

All services and completed service payments are non-refundable.
Treatment results may vary based on individual factors, including natural lash and brow characteristics, skin type, lifestyle, home care, previous treatments, aftercare adherence, medications, and natural hair growth cycles.
If you have any concerns regarding your lash or brow results, please contact the studio within 72 hours of your appointment so I may review your concerns and assist you accordingly.
Concerns reported beyond this timeframe may no longer be eligible for consideration for an adjustment or refinement. Any adjustment or refinement is determined at the studio’s discretion following review and is not guaranteed.
