The Lomé Commitment
At Lomé Beauty Studio, I keep my schedule intentionally curated to ensure every guest receives a dedicated, unhurried, and deeply restorative experience. To protect the integrity of the studio’s time and the quality of your care, I have established the following reservation policies.
Service Retainers
To secure your ritual, a 50% non-refundable Service Retainer is required at the time of booking. This retainer is not an extra fee; it is a commitment to your self-care that will be applied directly toward your total on the day of your service.
Rescheduling & The 48-Hour Window
I value our time together and kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice should you need to adjust your appointment.
One-Time Transfer: If notice is given at least 48 hours in advance, your retainer may be transferred to a new date one time.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the retainer to compensate for the blocked time.
No-Shows: Missing an appointment without notice will result in the forfeiture of the retainer. For pre-booked guests with a card on file, the 50% retainer amount will be processed manually.
Late Arrivals
Your ritual is designed to be a peaceful experience from start to finish. To protect the next guest’s experience, I offer a 15-minute grace period. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled to ensure the integrity of the treatment and will be handled as a late cancellation.
Integrity & Returns
Retail: To maintain strict hygiene standards, all product sales are final.
Services: While I do not offer refunds on services, your satisfaction is my priority. Please reach out within 72 hours of your ritual if you require a complimentary refinement to your results.
By reserving an appointment, you agree to these studio policies, allowing me to maintain the highest level of service for you and every guest at Lomé.

Appointment Reminders
To help you manage your schedule, you will receive a confirmation email at the time of booking, followed by a text and email reminder 3 days (72 hours) before our scheduled time.
