Treatments are by appointment only and can be reserved online [Link]. I highly recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred time is available. For returning guests looking to pre-book their regular maintenance, feel free to message me directly.

If it is more than 48 hours before your ritual, you may reschedule or adjust your appointment via the "Manage Appointment" link in your confirmation email. Alternatively, you can message me directly. Please note that service retainers are transferable one time if the 48-hour notice is provided.

I kindly require 48 hours’ notice for any changes to your reservation. Cancellations within this window or no-shows result in the forfeiture of the service retainer. To protect the experience of every guest, I offer a 15-minute grace period; arrivals beyond this may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation. Each booking requires a non-refundable 50% Service Retainer to secure your time. This is not an extra fee; it is a commitment to your treatment that is applied directly to your total on the day of your visit. For my returning "Inner Circle" guests with a card securely on file, I offer the convenience of deposit-free pre-booking.

Your card is used to secure your ritual with the 50% service retainer and is held in Square’s encrypted, secure vault. This helps me protect the intentional one-on-one time I hold for you and allows for a seamless, "invisible" checkout experience at the end of your ritualso you can leave the studio feeling entirely at peace.

Accepting most major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle and Cash.

A valid credit card and non-refundable $50 deposit is required to book an appointment even if you are paying the remainder with cash. The $50 deposit will go towards your treatment. Cash is accepted at checkout.

All payments made after your treatment is complete are final. Any retail product that’s unopened, unused and in good condition can be returned within 2 weeks (14 days) with a full refund. Click here to read our full Refund Policy.
Studio Etiquette

We advise arriving 10 mins prior to your appointment to give you enough time to relax before your treatment.
Late arrivals may result in lost treatment time unless our schedule enables us to offer you the full service. -
What is the minimum age requirement for treatments?
Minors (all clients between 13-17 years old) can only receive treatments with written parental/legal guardian consent. Minors have to sign the new client form, treatment form and consent form with a parent present and should also be accompanied by an adult during their treatment.

Wear comfy clothes for all treatments. For Lash and Brow treatments it’s recommended to bring an umbrella in case of rain to avoid getting them wet.

We kindly ask that you come to your appointments with a fresh clean face so you can get the full experience.

Wear what you feel most comfortable in. We advise wearing something you can easily change in and out of for the option to wear a robe and slippers during your treatment.

We kindly ask that conversations be kept extremely low volume once arriving on the 7th floor to respect all guests’ right to privacy and serenity. We also ask to remember to turn your cell phone on silent to avoid interrupting your treatment. You may use your cell phone to listen to music or podcasts with earphones.

Health & Safety

Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. After every session, each counter and bed is thoroughly wiped down and sanitized. We swap all bedding between each service with freshly cleaned linens. Your treatment will be private and offering a refreshment.
Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your experience when making your booking. We reserve the right to refuse service to customers carrying infectious diseases, skin conditions or influenza.

It isn’t mandatory to wear a mask but you are free to choose to wear one or not.

Lomé Beauty Studio operates separately from the hotel so we’re unable to make this arrangement. For the moment we ask that bookings be made directly on our booking site here.

Yes! You may purchase them here or in-studio.

We request not bringing any extra people but please email us if needed.
We have seating in the studio if they would like to be close by or in the waiting area.
We ask that anyone under the age of 18 years has parental guardian supervision at all times during an appointment. -
We adore furry animals but unfortunately we can’t have them in the building or studio.

Outside food and drinks aren’t permitted at Lomé Beauty Studio. A beverage and treats are provided during your treatment.

Smoking and consumption of alcohol within the studio and building is prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse service to people who are intoxicated or who may carry a very strong smoke odor for the safety of our guests.

Please note rates are inclusive of consumption tax and subject to change without prior notice.

A tray for safekeeping of valuables is provided in the treatment room but we recommend that no jewelry is worn at the Studio. The studio will not be held responsible for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the Studio premises.
