Treatments are by appointment only and may be reserved directly online [Book an Appointment]. Booking in advance is recommended to help secure your preferred date and time, especially for evenings and weekends.
Returning guests with a card securely saved on file may also message the studio directly to pre-book future maintenance appointments.

All online appointments require a 50% Non-Refundable Booking Fee to reserve your dedicated treatment time. This is not an additional charge and is applied directly toward your treatment total on the day of your completed appointment.
The Booking Fee is non-refundable regardless of when or why an appointment is cancelled, including cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice. Cancelling does not transfer, preserve, or hold the Booking Fee as credit toward a future appointment.
With at least 48 hours’ notice, the Booking Fee may transfer one time through the permitted one-time reschedule allowance.
For returning guests with a card securely saved on file, future appointments may be pre-booked without collecting the Booking Fee in advance. The same Booking Policies apply, including the one-reschedule limit and 48-hour policy. When applicable, a 50% Cancellation Fee will be charged to the card on file.

Your card is used to securely process the 50% Non-Refundable Booking Fee required to reserve online appointments and may be securely saved on file through Square.
For eligible returning guests who pre-book future appointments without paying a Booking Fee in advance, the secure card on file reserves the appointment and may be charged in accordance with the Cancellation & Booking Policies when an applicable 50% Cancellation Fee is incurred.
Keeping a card securely on file may also allow for a more seamless checkout experience at the end of your visit.

Appointments may be rescheduled through the link provided in your confirmation communications, subject to the Cancellation & Booking Policies.
With at least 48 hours’ notice, your appointment may be rescheduled one time per booking. For online bookings, your existing 50% Non-Refundable Booking Fee will transfer once to the newly selected appointment date.
Once an appointment has already been rescheduled one time, it may not be rescheduled again. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled appointment, the appointment must be cancelled and any future appointment will require a new booking with a new 50% Non-Refundable Booking Fee.
Please note that rescheduling within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the existing Booking Fee or, for pre-booked appointments, the applicable 50% Cancellation Fee.

Appointments are reserved exclusively for each guest, with dedicated treatment time and studio preparation planned around the services selected for your visit.
Booking Fees are non-refundable, including when an online appointment is cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice. Cancelling an appointment does not preserve or hold the Booking Fee as credit toward a future booking.
Any cancellation, reschedule, missed appointment, or appointment otherwise unable to proceed within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the existing 50% Non-Refundable Booking Fee. For pre-booked appointments where no Booking Fee was collected in advance, the applicable 50% Cancellation Fee will be charged to the card on file.
A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may not be accommodated. If the appointment cannot proceed due to late arrival, the applicable Booking Fee forfeiture or Cancellation Fee will apply.

Please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell.
Illness does not waive the Cancellation & Booking Policies, and the Booking Fee remains non-refundable. Any cancellation, reschedule, or appointment unable to proceed within 48 hours due to illness will result in forfeiture of the 50% Non-Refundable Booking Fee or, for pre-booked appointments, the applicable 50% Cancellation Fee.
Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the studio’s sole discretion. Any accommodation offered is a courtesy, is not guaranteed, and does not waive the Cancellation & Booking Policies.

Certain health conditions, eye or skin concerns, sensitivities, medications, recent procedures, or other contraindications may affect whether a lash or brow treatment can be safely or appropriately performed.
Please review the Contraindications & Treatment Suitability information before booking, especially if you have any current or recent eye conditions, skin concerns, sensitivities, allergies, medical treatments, or are unsure whether a service is appropriate for you.
If you have any concerns about treatment suitability, please contact the studio before reserving your appointment whenever possible.
Appointments that cannot safely or appropriately proceed remain subject to the Cancellation & Booking Policies.

Appointments are reserved specifically around the treatment(s) selected at the time of booking, with treatment timing and studio preparation planned accordingly.
Service additions, removals, or substitutions are not guaranteed and may only be accommodated at the studio’s discretion when appointment timing, treatment suitability, and availability allow.
If you choose not to receive part or all of your scheduled services upon arrival, the originally reserved service total will still apply.
If you would like to request a service change before your appointment, please contact the studio as early as possible. Any appointment changes remain subject to the Cancellation & Booking Policies.

All treatment services and completed service payments are non-refundable.
If you have any concerns regarding your lash or brow results, please contact the studio within 72 hours of your appointment so your concerns may be reviewed and addressed accordingly. Any adjustment or refinement is determined at the studio’s discretion following review and is not guaranteed.
Due to hygiene and product integrity standards, all retail sales are final.

Most major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Venmo, and cash are accepted.
Please note that all online appointments still require a 50% Non-Refundable Booking Fee at the time of booking, regardless of the payment method you plan to use for the remaining balance.
For returning guests who pre-book eligible future appointments without paying a Booking Fee in advance, a valid card must remain securely saved on file in accordance with the Cancellation & Booking Policies.
Studio Etiquette

We advise arriving 10 mins prior to your appointment to give you enough time to relax before your treatment.
Late arrivals may result in lost treatment time unless our schedule enables us to offer you the full service. -
What is the minimum age requirement for treatments?
Minors (all clients between 13-17 years old) can only receive treatments with written parental/legal guardian consent. Minors have to sign the new client form, treatment form and consent form with a parent present and should also be accompanied by an adult during their treatment.

Wear comfy clothes for all treatments. For Lash and Brow treatments it’s recommended to bring an umbrella in case of rain to avoid getting them wet.

We kindly ask that you come to your appointments with a fresh clean face so you can get the full experience.

Wear what you feel most comfortable in. We advise wearing something you can easily change in and out of for the option to wear a robe and slippers during your treatment.

We kindly ask that conversations be kept extremely low volume once arriving on the 7th floor to respect all guests’ right to privacy and serenity. We also ask to remember to turn your cell phone on silent to avoid interrupting your treatment. You may use your cell phone to listen to music or podcasts with earphones.

Health & Safety

Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. After every session, each counter and bed is thoroughly wiped down and sanitized. We swap all bedding between each service with freshly cleaned linens. Your treatment will be private and offering a refreshment.
Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your experience when making your booking. We reserve the right to refuse service to customers carrying infectious diseases, skin conditions or influenza.

Lomé Beauty Studio is a private, appointment-only studio located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
For privacy and a smooth arrival experience, confirmed guests receive detailed step-by-step directions, building access information, and studio arrival instructions in their confirmation email.
Please review and follow the provided arrival instructions before your appointment rather than relying solely on your map or navigation app, as the studio is located within an office building and may not be immediately visible from the street.

Lomé Beauty Studio operates separately from the hotel so we’re unable to make this arrangement. For the moment we ask that bookings be made directly on our booking site here.

We request not bringing any extra people but please email us if needed.
We have seating in the studio if they would like to be close by or in the waiting area.
We ask that anyone under the age of 18 years has parental guardian supervision at all times during an appointment. -
We adore furry animals but unfortunately we can’t have them in the building or studio.

Outside food and drinks aren’t permitted at Lomé Beauty Studio. A beverage and treats are provided during your treatment.

Smoking and consumption of alcohol within the studio and building is prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse service to people who are intoxicated or who may carry a very strong smoke odor for the safety of our guests.

Please note rates are inclusive of consumption tax and subject to change without prior notice.

A tray for safekeeping of valuables is provided in the treatment room but we recommend that no jewelry is worn at the Studio. The studio will not be held responsible for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the Studio premises.
