The Lomé Standard:

All online appointments require a 50% Non-Refundable Booking Fee to reserve your dedicated studio time. This is not an additional charge and is applied toward your treatment total on the day of your completed appointment. The remaining balance is completed at the end of your treatment.
Booking Fees are non-refundable, including when an appointment is cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice. Cancelling an appointment does not preserve or hold the Booking Fee as credit toward a future booking.
With at least 48 hours’ notice, your appointment may be rescheduled one time per booking, and the existing Booking Fee will transfer once to the newly selected appointment date.
Once an appointment has already been rescheduled one time, it may not be rescheduled again. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled appointment, the appointment must be cancelled. Any future appointment will require a new booking with a new 50% Non-Refundable Booking Fee.
Any cancellation, reschedule, missed appointment, or appointment otherwise unable to proceed within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the existing Booking Fee.
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled through the links provided in your confirmation communications, subject to the full Booking Policies.
Illness does not waive the policy. Please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell. Appointments changed or unable to proceed within 48 hours due to illness remain subject to the applicable policy.
A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may not be accommodated. If the appointment cannot proceed, the applicable Booking Fee forfeiture or Cancellation Fee will apply.

Your safety always comes first. Certain health conditions, eye or skin concerns, sensitivities, medications, recent procedures, or other contraindications may affect whether a lash or brow treatment can be safely or appropriately performed.
Please review the full Contraindications & Treatment Suitability information before booking, especially if you have any current or recent eye conditions, skin concerns, sensitivities, allergies, medical treatments, or are unsure whether a service is appropriate for you.
If you have any questions or concerns about treatment suitability, please contact the studio before reserving your appointment whenever possible.
Appointments that cannot safely or appropriately proceed due to a contraindication remain subject to the Cancellation & Booking Policies, including the applicable Booking Fee or Cancellation Fee terms.

Appointments are released monthly and may book in advance, especially for evenings and weekends.
If the calendar appears full, the current booking window is reserved.
You’re welcome to join the waitlist for your desired service - I’ll personally reach out if a space becomes available.
Last-minute openings are occasionally shared via Instagram Stories (@lomebeautystudio).

Returning guests with a card securely saved on file may text the studio directly to pre-book future rituals.
Pre-booked appointments follow the same Cancellation & Booking Policies, including the one-reschedule limit and 48-hour policy.
When no Booking Fee was collected in advance, any cancellation, reschedule, missed appointment, or appointment otherwise unable to proceed within 48 hours will incur a 50% Cancellation Fee, charged to the card on file.

For first-time guests, sensitive skin or eyes, known allergies, or anyone feeling unsure, a Patch Test is recommended for added peace of mind before your treatment.
Patch Tests are available by appointment and should be completed within the recommended timeframe before your scheduled treatment (at least 24hr before). They may be booked directly online. ✨
Please note that a Patch Test cannot guarantee that a reaction will not occur during or after a full treatment.
