Refund Policy

At Lomé Beauty Studio, every treatment is provided with thoughtful care, professional judgment, and attention to each guest’s individual features and needs. Because services, Booking Fees, retail purchases, and gift cards are subject to different terms, please review the policies below before purchasing or reserving an appointment.

✧✦✧ Services & Treatments

All completed treatment services and service payments are final and non-refundable.

Treatment outcomes may vary based on individual factors, including natural lash and brow characteristics, skin type, hair growth cycles, previous treatments, lifestyle, home care, aftercare adherence, medications, sensitivities, and other individual circumstances.

A concern regarding personal preference, expected results, treatment longevity, or individual response does not automatically qualify a completed service for a refund.

If you have concerns regarding your lash or brow results, please contact the studio within 72 hours of your appointmentso your concerns may be reviewed and addressed accordingly.

When appropriate, the studio may request photos or recommend an in-person assessment before determining whether any adjustment or refinement is suitable.

Any adjustment or refinement is determined at the studio’s discretion following review and is not guaranteed. An offered adjustment, refinement, consultation, or other accommodation does not constitute a refund entitlement or admission that a service was improperly performed.

If a complimentary adjustment, refinement, consultation, or other accommodation is offered, it has no cash value and may not be exchanged for a refund, credit, or other service unless expressly approved by the studio.

Concerns reported beyond the 72-hour timeframe may no longer be eligible for consideration for an adjustment or refinement.

✧✦✧ Booking Fees

All online appointments require a 50% Non-Refundable Booking Fee to reserve dedicated appointment time. The Booking Fee is not an additional charge and is applied toward the treatment total on the day of the completed appointment.

The Booking Fee is non-refundable regardless of when or why an appointment is cancelled, including cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice.

Cancelling an appointment does not transfer, preserve, or hold the Booking Fee as credit toward a future appointment.

With at least 48 hours’ notice, an appointment may be rescheduled one time per booking, and the existing Booking Fee may transfer once to the newly selected appointment date in accordance with the Cancellation & Booking Policies.

Once the permitted one-time reschedule has been used, the Booking Fee may not be transferred again. Any future appointment requires a new booking with a new 50% Non-Refundable Booking Fee.

Any cancellation, reschedule, missed appointment, or appointment otherwise unable to proceed within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the existing Booking Fee.

✧✦✧ Pre-Booked Appointments & Cancellation Fees

Eligible returning guests may pre-book future appointments with a secure card saved on file without paying a Booking Fee in advance.

These appointments remain subject to the same Cancellation & Booking Policies, including the one-reschedule limit and 48-hour policy.

When no Booking Fee was collected in advance, any cancellation, reschedule, missed appointment, or appointment otherwise unable to proceed within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% Cancellation Fee, charged to the card on file.

Cancellation Fees assessed in accordance with the Cancellation & Booking Policies are non-refundable.

✧✦✧ Retail Products

Due to hygiene and product integrity standards, all retail sales are final.

Retail products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

If you believe an item was provided in error or has a product-related issue, please contact the studio promptly so the concern may be reviewed. Any resolution will be determined based on the individual circumstances and does not alter the final-sale policy for general retail purchases.

✧✦✧ Gift Cards & Gift Certificates

Gift cards and gift certificates are final sale and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

They may be used toward eligible services or purchases in accordance with the terms provided at the time of purchase and any applicable studio policies.

Appointments reserved using a gift card or gift certificate remain subject to the studio’s Cancellation & Booking Policies. Use of a gift card or gift certificate does not waive applicable Booking Fee, cancellation, rescheduling, late arrival, no-show, treatment suitability, or other appointment terms.

Gift cards and gift certificates are not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law.

✧✦✧ Promotional Offers & Special Pricing

Promotional offers, discounted services, special pricing, and limited-time offers are non-refundable, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing or required by applicable law.

Promotional pricing does not override the Cancellation & Booking Policies. Appointments reserved under a promotion or special offer remain subject to all applicable Booking Fee, cancellation, rescheduling, late arrival, no-show, and treatment suitability terms.

✧✦✧ Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same transaction or that a payment was processed in error, please contact the studio promptly so the transaction may be reviewed.

Verified duplicate or erroneous charges will be addressed appropriately following review. This provision does not alter the non-refundable nature of valid Booking Fees, Cancellation Fees, completed services, retail purchases, or other charges properly assessed under studio policies.

✧✦✧ Refund Processing

If a refund is expressly approved by the studio or otherwise required, it will generally be issued to the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.

Once a refund has been processed, the time required for funds to appear may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, or original payment method.

Approval of a refund, credit, adjustment, refinement, or other accommodation in one circumstance does not create an entitlement to the same accommodation in another circumstance and does not constitute a waiver of any studio policy.

✧✦✧ Policy Acknowledgment

By booking an appointment, purchasing a service or retail item, or purchasing or using a gift card or gift certificate, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the applicable studio policies.
